What you can look forward to:

  • In your role, you will be the link between IT and business departments around the topic of digital workplace 4.0, which you will actively manage. In doing so, you will be in close contact with specialist departments and process participants, right up to the top management level.
  • Up to the top management level, whose requirements you record, analyze and evaluate. At all times, you will be aware of internal requirements with regard to the digital workplace and, taking security issues into account, will clarify the options for technical implementation with the IT specialists
  • You keep an eye on market developments and develop solutions on the basis of current technologies, taking into strategies and technical concepts that can be implemented, taking into account cost-benefit-risk aspects and the conflicting interests of the business unit and the IT target image
  • You will trigger and control the introduction of new technologies within the bank and enable our specialist departments to use them in an optimal way
  • You establish and coordinate new communication formats to ensure smooth processes

What we can look forward to:

  • Degree in business administration or (business) informatics
  • Secure insights into the topic of digital workplace, noticeable enthusiasm for future technologies and broad understanding of technology
  • Good knowledge of the Microsoft product suite, Apple products, collaboration platforms and tools for agile project support
  • Several years of professional experience in consulting or enterprise organization
  • Ability to work at eye level with business departments and top management
  • Strong interpersonal skills, strong communication skills and a confident demeanor at all hierarchy levels
  • Analytical, conceptual and entrepreneurial team player who works on his own initiative thinks in a networked way and approaches his tasks with initiative and dynamism
