Your area of responsibility

  • Support and optimization of existing systems
  • 1st, 2nd and 3rd level support on site
  • Implementation of site-specific IT projects (e.g. in the areas of laboratory, production, quality assurance)
  • Coordination and control of external service providers
  • Installation of servers, workstations and integration into the network environment

Your profile

  • You have completed vocational training or a comparable qualification and have already gained several years of professional experience in the described field of activity.
  • You have a high level of customer and service orientation and ideally initial professional experience in direct IT support
  • You also have very good knowledge of Active Directory (DNS, DHCP) and ideally have MCSA/MCSE certification.
  • Personally, you are a team player, able to work under pressure, work independently and have very good communication skills.
  • You have very good German and good English skills
