What you do

Executive complete accounting management (general ledger, fixed assets book, accounts payable and accounts receivable, cash register)
Establish internal controlling, incl. planning, monitoring and reviewing
Prepare timely liquidity plan and relevant financial reports
Process VAT issues relating to the monthly advance VAT return
Support the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and budget planning
Manage and Coordinate payment transactions

Ensure the travel expenses and credit card statements accurately
Promote lean processes and business process automation
Work trustfully with suppliers, customers, civil accountants and tax counselors
Facilitate information from different sources (Tax, Financial Risk Management, Management Information & Decision Support and other functions) is timely available, consolidated
Perform analytical, financial statement review at each business/country level and assist on continuous improvement of reporting processes

What you need

You hold a degree in Business administration or Economic sciences with a focus on Finance/Controlling/Accounting
You have minimum 3 years’ relevant working experience
It’s a big plus, if you‘re familiar with any ERP system and DATEV
You have profound knowledge and skills of MS Office and Excel
You are an analytical thinker with problem-solving personality and guarantee high quality results
You speak fluently both German and English (in spoken and written form)
You have a hands-on mentality, ability

to meet deadlines and prioritize workloads
Strong interpersonal skills to interact effectively with diverse organizations, local tax offices, and suppliers, etc.
You are a self-starter and comfortable with change, you find yourself in day-to-day work and enjoy a fast pace
